Suggested Guidelines for Fairs
Information for all Fair Sites:
Please plan on being at the site to unload for set
up after
In order to provide a complete experience for all attendees, Please plan
on remaining on site until 15 minutes before the fair closes with your table set up unless previous
arrangements have been made prior to the fair with the fair coordinator. If you have made previous
arrangements we will place you in a less obtrusive area in order to limit disruption to customers.
Parking:
Harpswell,
Please park in the lot.
Try to leave Handicapped spaces for Fair Goers. If necessary we will help with
this. Let us know ahead of time.
Please park across the street in
the town offices parking lot.
What to Wear
Have fun dressing in your unique style but please-
No tank tops no spaghetti straps, no exercise clothing, no belly shirts,
no bare midriff shirts. Exceptions will be made for participants in our tai chi, yoga, or other mind body
exercise demonstrations.
Table/Space Costs
Cost
is $ 50.00 per space except in Harpswell.
Call or e-mail Eddita for information
about Harpswell. Typically a space is 6 feet. Double Spacing may be available at
some fairs. Outside Fair Space is available in June, July and August Fairs by
request..
Spaces are allotted on a first
paid for basis. Demonstration and
workshop space is available in the hall.
There is no fee charge for
demonstrations such as Yoga, Tai Chi etc.

What to Bring
Healers
and Massage Therapists, Service Providers:
A small table, and
table cloth for your brochures and cards to place beside your massage chair.
A sign up sheet. A cash container with change
A rate sheet inside a Plexiglas or plastic holder which can be placed on your small table and clearly read from a distance.
A picture of you with pertinent information which can be posted near the entrance for people to see on the display board. (No bigger then 5 by 8.)
Any additional signage to be placed on easels behind or beside your table.
One or two items of significance for your table top which hold the energetic vibrations of what you do. i.e., a small cauldron or a seas shell or a large crystal, or a unique candle holder etc.
A timer or small clock
Lunch. We do have a refrigerator on site.
For Vendors:
A cash container with change

Visual information about your business which will be posted at our participants display near the entrance for fair-goers.
