Refunds, Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Both telephone and in person reading appointments are available in 30 and 60 minute increments with payment due at the time of the scheduling.

•    Please pre-pay with Pay Pal or send a check with your name address and telephone number to Eddita Felt at 36 Loon Lane, Gray ME, 04039. 

• Email Eddita at EdditaFelt@hotmail.com

• As soon as Eddita receives an email from pay pal saying that you have paid, or as soon as your check is received in the mail, Eddita will call and make the first available appointment with you.

• Please review our policy on rescheduling, canceling and refunding.

• When scheduling your reading, please make sure you can truly commit to your appointment, since that time has been set aside for you and your friends and family in Spirit. Your guides and family members often contact Eddita in preparation in advance of your reading. We value Spirit’s time and your time. So let’s try to get the time right the first time.

• Refunds are issued in full if cancelled at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. For cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment, a 50% refund will be issued. Refunds are not available once the date and time of your appointment have passed.

• Rescheduling is available if requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling may be available if requested less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling is not available if you fail to call within 12 hours after your appointment.
